This series totally got me by surprise… It made me laugh out loud but also made me feel the tension of the events caused by the divergences between the clans. I had a great time reading this book and I can’t wait for the next one… 4.5 Leather Jackets.

I adored the blossoming romance between Ari and Hunter. They are so sweet with each other. As is usual for Cochet’s books, the emphasis is on characterization and relationships. All the players in the book are well-drawn and have unique contributions to the story.4 1_2 Stars

Healing Hunter’s Heart is highly recommended to anyone who loves a good shifter story, overcoming odds, underdogs winning, or just plain good storytelling. Charlie Cochet has done it again! My feelings reading this book were somewhat like being on a rollercoaster. The first bit is all about the fun of new love with the relationship of Ari and Hunter. Then there are a lot of rises and falls with the new characters/clans, and the nefarious plotting on the part of the Hagan clan. Then there is the heartbreak and the uplifting resolution. But I loved every moment of it. :) I really hope there will be more stories in the world, because they are a lot of fun to read. 4 1_2 Stars

Hot, sexy love scenes, action, heart warming family interaction, humour, and a nice touch of Machiavellian style intrigue all go toward making Healing Hunters Heart a thoroughly entertaining read. Being honest, my favourite is book one by a smidge, but this still pulled me in, kept me glued and left me satisfied; looking forward to the next episode. There’s a suave wolf and an uncouth enforcer who I’m pretty certain are next in line for the Cochet treatment, and I’m already chomping at the bit for their dynamics… it can only be good if it’s coming from the imagination of Charlie Cochet!

So….drop everything and and go and download An Intrepid Trip To Love: the fabulous freebie that spawned the idea for this fun new, romantic, action adventure shifter series, then treat yourself to it’s enticing follow up. 4 Stars

I really enjoyed this one. It’s slightly different from Trip & Boone’s book because it’s more heavy and not as light-hearted. I loved how Ari and Hunter were so broken over their separation but how they never gave up. I really, really loved how protective Hunter was but also liked that Ari was fierce and willing to fight for the people he loves even though he’s not a warrior. 4 Stars

I loved Ari and Hunter together. I mean, Hunter is this huge, badass husky Enforcer and he’s so gentle, sensitive, and sweet with Ari. Their attraction is explosive and the chemistry between them is off the charts.

There’s lots of clan politics, betrayal, a friggin crazy mom, a brainwashed Alpha set in his ways, pain, and a lot of surprises along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed the journey I was taken on while reading this story. I absolutely cannot wait for book 3….and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s Kristoff’s story!!! I definitely recommend this series but make sure you start with book 1 which you can find on Goodreads for FREE!!!

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how amazingly perfect this cover is…I ADORE it!!!  4 Stars

Cochet takes a spin on contemporary real-world memes and plays them out in her pretend world in a non-threatening way that is equally humorous and compelling at times. If only it could be taught as easily on the streets of Everytown across the world. Sexy, intricate, paranormal world-building with humor and a quest for tolerance. I enjoyed it immensely! Thanks, Charlie Cochet.4 Stars
