Julian “Quinn” Quintero, a gruff, tough Miami SWAT officer, has been injured on the job, and all he’s looking for is a little peace and quiet to recover—difficult to achieve with his large Cuban family. An adventure in picking up his prescriptions puts him in the path of his geeky, brownie-baking neighbor, Spencer Morgan. Spencer sweeps into Quinn’s life like a tropical storm of sunshine and rainbows. Not surprisingly, it’s chaos at first sight. Quinn’s in need of a little tender loving care, and Spencer decides he’s just the man for the job. Their very different lives might clash, but they might also find some common ground—and maybe more.
Oh my…I love Charlie Cochet. Although this story is short and sweet and I would have loved more, because I am greedy and loved the characters that much, the story is fantastic and is a perfect example of why Charlie Cochet is an auto-buy author for me.

Short but sweet, if Charlie Cochet ever wants to write more Spencer and Quinn I’ll be ready to read it! There was nothing I didn’t like about this story and I could have easily read much more. It was a perfect blend of humor, great characters, a little bit of drama and some sweet, sexy times.

Between the snappy dialog and the strong, sexual attraction that develops between Quinn and Spencer, it would best to read this book in a nice cool room. Whew! If you are looking for a fun and very sexy romance with characters that will live with you long after you finish the story, Beware of Geeks Bearing Gifts is definitely the book for you! Highly Recommended!

The more I read of Charlie Cochet, the more of a fan I become and this book was fanomial! (not sure if that’s a word?, but you get the sentiment). It’s short, but delivers. It’s packed with all sorts of delightful goodies that makes it hard to pick the tastiest of morsel’s on offer, as to what was the best…. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
